Where Do I Start? |

Step 1 - Design
The best way to get an accurate quote, is to fax over or email TanWall your salon layout. If you do not have a layout but would still like a quote, sketch your layout on a sheet of paper and fax (1-800-588-6792) or email it to us. Make sure that all room dimensions are clearly marked, along with existing walls that we will be building off of. Please make sure to include all of your contact information on your layout so we know how to contact you once your quote is completed. Step 2 - Quote
Once we receive all of the necessary information, we will quote your project, usually within
24 hours. Some specialty item(s) may require a longer period of time to get a price quote. |

Step 3 - Placing an Order
We want to make placing an order as easy as possible.
Along with the signed approval drawing we will need:
- 50% Down Payment
- Signed Quote
- Signed Terms & Conditions
- Correct "Ship to Address"
- Color Choice

Step 4 - Checking the Status of Your Order
Our normal lead time is 3-4
weeks. Rush orders are available at an additional charge, please contact
the office for more information. We track your order on a daily basis
on a computerized streamlined tracking system. Feel free to call our
inside representative to check the status. |

Step 5 - Shipping
You will be contacted once your order is completed and at that time we will collect the balance that is due to us before shipping. |

|
|
|
|
Step 6 - Installation
If your order includes our
installation service, our installation manager will contact you to
schedule an installation date. This contact can be made at least 2
weeks prior to the installation so we can schedule any travel arrangements
that may be necessary. |
