Easy Assembly

Our wall systems are easy to install. We will show you just how easy it is. In this example, our installer is adding on a room to an existing modular wall.


 

Step 1:

The floor track is layed out and attached to floor.

Step 2:

The wall start is then attached to existing wall.

Step 3:

The 1st panel is then put into place.

 

Step 4:

Next, the connecting post is then put in.

Step 5:

A door panel is set into place. (Note: Door panels are pre-cut and frame is installed at factory.)

Step 6:

Next, a corner connecting post is installed.

 

Step 7:

And the last panel is then put in.

Step 8:

Top channel is then installed over the panels and posts. (Note: All aluminum is pre-cut and mitred at factory.)

Step 9:

Last piece of top channel is then installed.

 

Step 10:

Last step, supplied #8 self tapping tek screws are then used to hold framing together.
